RETURNS, EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS

RETURNS
Without prejudice to the provisions of the legal guarantee, the purchaser has a period of Fourteen (14) Days from the date of receipt of its order to make a return request.

Note that returns or refunds are unavailable in special sales periods (private sales, Black Friday, balances and sales Outlet). 

Only items returned on time, in their original packaging, unwashed and non-worn, will be subject to return.

Each return must be accompanied by a return form (ask for it by e-mail : contact@boardinglab.com) duly completed by the customer.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of  shipping will be deducted from your refund.

You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item for another size, send us an email at contact@boardinglab.com and send your item to:

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If at the time of the Exchange request the product (s) is (are) no longer available, BOARDING LAB commits to the refund/purchase price within fifteen (15) days from the receipt of the product(s).

The summer [swim]short collection can only be subject to a color or size exchange. No refunds will be made on these products.


REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Please note that refunds are not applicable on « limited editions » products.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
